Ever since I started with them, I have electricity bills that no one could understand (which are 4 times higher than EDF) - their customer service sucks, they can't explain your bills, they can't refund.
Can't wait to end my contract with them when I move out. »

« Une fois de plus RV non honoré au motif que le technicien est absent. Le mois dernier il ne s'était pas présenté ! Et j'en passe car j'aurais trop à dire. En l'espace d'un an et demi, 9 RV pour la chaudière donc 9 demie journée de bloquer !!!!! Et le problème bruit ds les radiateurs qd la chaudière est en fonction non solutionné à ce jour. Grrrrrrrr »
