FINALAURA

I bought recently an Arturia Drumbrute, second hand, but then i found out that the white noise generator was defective, not that great. I did register the product first under my name and did ask Arturia about an electronic parts list so i was able to locate the problem and repair it myself. I mentioned to Arturia that any help was welcome and told them honestly that i am not the person who bought it new and that i cannot claim any warranty as such. I also mentioned that i am willing to pay for a replacement PCB and/or the shipping cost. Still, after some support emails, Arturia did send to me a replacement PCB totally free of charge. This shows clearly to me that they take support very serious and that they stand behind their products, even over the extended warranty period. So Arturia are not only _The sound explorers but also the support kings, so 5 stars review well deserved.

Technical support is excellent, and there is no need to write about the quality and innovation of the synthesizers and software, because it is already known to everyone.

Waited a couple of days for a reply never got one I just bought a mini lab 3 and no reply back
