I had a water leak somewhere under a tiled floor. I booked an intervention online but received no confirmation. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He used a microphone to find the point where the leak sounded loudest. The PDF report that I received indicated a pipe that did not exist when I dug there. I repeated the detection of the leak using a €20 microphone from Amazon. The company did not respond when I accepted their quote to repair the leak. Therefore, despite finding the leak, I would not use this €500 service again.

Chasseur de Fuites came to my friend's holiday home to change the hot water boiler. The work was in a tight loft. The plumber and his mate arrived on time and started work immediately. They were efficient and very polite. Even after two hours in hardly any working space the plumber smiled. Excellent work, thank Chasseur de Fuites.

Très mauvaise expérience. Secrétaire particulièrement désagréable, manque évident de courtoisie et de professionnalisme. L'accueil est pourtant la première image d'une entreprise, et celle-ci est malheureusement très négative. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Ma note : 0 ⭐
