We stayed one night and enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, which was very good, the breakfast buffet is good, they have delicious crepes, we went twice to the nice swimming pool and let our car in the parking, which was very practical. The service has been excellent! It is a very well managed hotel and well renovated as well. Well done all the team!

The place was okay. Love the room services and big space room. Ordered room service dinner every night. However it was rather dark and old. The food was great.

Sites within walking distance and close to the river. Excellent breakfast, enjoyed the sea bass at the restaurant, and good amenities. The bed was comfortable. The room didn’t have enough space for hanging towels.

Ideal stop on a road trip — central, clean, and easy. Rooms are simple and functional, service is smooth, and everything runs efficiently. Best for a short stay — more practical than atmospheric. A reliable, no-nonsense base in the centre of Blois.

Breakfast was satisfying, gym and aménités were clean and I enjoyed using it. Room was very comfortable, my Space and items were respected and thoroughly cleaned.

This was my first stay and overall, was a great experience. From the reception, to the Restaurant, the people always had a smile. The food was...fantastique!!! I also loved the amenities - the gym, swimming pool and rooms were fantastic. Only the first night felt a bit dusty, but after that, it was great.

Modern hotel in a great location. Room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but delayed until 5.45 pm and sofa bed not made up for the kids. However once sorted, the room was fine. The kids enjoyed the pool! Dogs welcome in the breakfast room where there was a good selection at the buffet. Car park good but the spaces a little small when full. Overall we would recommend and stay here again.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Mercure Blois Centre was far below expectations—made even more frustrating by the fact that we had booked an elite room. The condition of the room was unacceptable: the couch was stained and had visible holes, and the bathroom shower barely functioned. Cleanliness overall was poor, and the room was full of flies, which made the space feel unhygienic and neglected. Parking was another issue. The hotel does not offer enough spaces for all its guests. We had to search extensively and eventually found a spot on a nearby street. Unless you get lucky or arrive early, expect to hunt for parking well outside the premises. We chose not to eat or drink at the hotel and instead went elsewhere. Given the number of issues and the fact that payment is required in advance, we didn’t bother raising concerns at checkout—there was no expectation of a refund or accommodation. For a hotel carrying the Mercure name, and especially for what is marketed as an elite room, this experience was far below standard. I would not return and would advise others to consider alternative accommodations in Blois.
