From the start the team at Sunteq were responsive and respectful. They responded quickly to our requests and once we had signed the contract immediately started the planning application- which was granted quite quickly. They did an excellent job of installing our solar panels. They were very conscientious and the quality of the installation was first class. They endured very hot conditions which meant installation took a little longer than advised but they work so hard to get it all completed They were also very helpful in getting us on line with the app A big thank you to Simon, Guillaume, Sophie and Arnaud. We look forward to completing stage 2 next year

When we decided to “go solar” I did a lot of research to avoid cowboys and to find a cost-effective solution. I am so pleased that we chose Sunteq. Totally professional from start to finish, I was never pressured, but guided to the best installation for our needs. The installers were delightful and considerate of my preferences. Aftersales service has been brilliant and the good English speakers in the team removed a lot of stress from technospeak. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

Excellent company. I highly recommend them. They provided detailed quotes for several sizes of system explaining the differences between each and answering clearly all our questions. The quote was very competitive. The installation was done extremely well. We had a large system with 18kW panels and 21kWh battery. We are very pleased with the work.

Simon, Sophie and the team at SUNTEQ are very polite, punctual, professional and efficient, with good bilingual communication skills. They have good technical and product knowledge. They dealt with all the admin with the mairie and EDF/Enedis. The installation of the system was completed in one day and they left everything clean and tidy. From start to finish the project was completed in one month. One of their attached photos is a picture of the panels on our roof. We are now enjoying lower electricity bills and can sell some surplus energy back to the grid. Would recommend.
