Katya and Sylvain quite simply made our dream of renovating our historic three-storey house on the Promenade des Anglais/rue des Ponchettes a wonderful reality. Despite the additional and unforeseen complexities caused by Coronavirus, they and their excellent team got the job done in record time. Being based in the UK, we couldn't visit our house in Nice for 6 months because of the pandemic and we put our faith and trust firmly in Katya and Sylvain. It was a major renovation and for me the culmination of a 43 year old dream. We couldn't have been more thrilled when we walked into our house for the first time, post renovation. The results were staggering and we're absolutely thrilled. At every stage of the process, we were kept fully-informed and issues were swiftly and professionally dealt with. Not only are Katya and Sylvain very skilled, they're also both thoroughly nice people. We highly recommend them to all and will definitely ask them to help us on future projects.

Our experience in working with Sylka Home has been excellent. Sometime ago we considered buying a house in Chateaudouble. Sylka Home are great architects and we can highly recommend them! They know how to transfer your dreams to architectural drawings and really adds value! They've helped us with the whole process from idea to building permit in a fast pace! Their ability to understand and navigate the French bureaucracy is something that we really appreciated! They speak and write great English which was a great advantage for us that are not fluent in French!
