I visited the Max Mara store on the Champs-Élysées twice now, and both times Nino made the experience truly special. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of not just as a customer, but as a person. Nino has an incredible eye for style and really listens to what you’re looking for. His knowledge of the collection is impressive, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He never pushes, but always guides you in the right direction. Two visits in, and I will definitely be back partly because of the beautiful pieces, but honestly just as much because of Nino. The store is beautifully designed and set up. It has such great ambiance and a lush open space that feels welcoming. Considering it's in a very busy area, you immediately cool off when you walk in. At the entrance, I was immediately greeted by a gentle fella called Nino, who made me feel so comfortable, and as he ushered me in, gently asking me what i was looking for, I knew right at that moment i was in safe hands. Nino is an expert sales associate with high regard for people. He is super professional in his manner and cadence, yet so kind and attentive. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell to me or anything; I felt he was helping me. He is such a good listener; in a short amount of time, he had figured my style, structure and needs that every item he brought out was perfectly suited to my taste. I was so happy and grateful that i asked if i could write a review for him and i know this review will bring me back to this store when i visit Paris again. Thank you so much again for the exquisite experience.
