I initially gave a 5 star review, but the reality of owning a car from this dealership has been a disaster. The Subaru XV I purchased here was delivered with dead brakes, oil leakage and broken suspension arms, it already has had 3 major electronic/battery failures in the 10 months of ownership. Despite being patient with the issues I waited for 5 months for the spares to arrive and the vehicle repaired, but the issues just keep coming back. Finally as my car failed to start around Christmas time(3rd time in 10months), I finally decided enough is enough and asked for a way to return the car since it is clearly not working as intended! After promising a resolution and a call from the sales team end of last week, I have been met with total silence even after repeated reminders. It is unacceptable to leave a family driving a defective vehicle or while ignoring all communication. I am left with no other option but to escalate further
