SCCV CAP CROZON

We had a balcony with a fabulous view over the le plage du morgat. It made our stay. About 15 minutes walk to the town across the beach. Dog ban in place April to September though.

The complex here is a bit older and it very much depends on which block you live in. I know Block A and C. Block A is quiet, with a view over the pool to the sea. Block C also has a sea view, but looks directly onto the hotel next door and that is very noisy. You can hear a fan all day long, I assume from the kitchen. Then you can also hear the street and at night guests at a disco bawling loudly. In the apartments themselves, small renovations are needed in every nook and cranny. There is a swollen worktop in the kitchen because there are no draining facilities, the coating on a cupboard is peeling off and so on. The kitchens are extremely impractical, there is basically no work surface. In block C it smells damp and slightly musty. The location of the complex right on the beach is of course great, which is why I give Block A 4 stars and Block C 3 stars.

This complex of apartments is bang-smack on the sea front and our apartment was the closest of the lot to the sea. Just brilliant if you love to listen to the sound of the waves, as we do.||It’s a relatively small space but well designed to fit everything in that you need for a short stay. It’s bright, airy and cheery. Wifi worked well and there’s a communal infinity pool to enjoy if you’re so inclined. It’s all very secure, protected by multi-layered electronic door security. Quiet too, residents are respectful of noise pollution.||There’s lots to do in the immediate area and it’s well served by fab coastal walking and good restaurants.|

We had paid too much money for a unreasonable small apartment which was dirty and in dire need of renovation. Only the view from the spacious balcony was the part we enjoyed. Also the whole complex was run down and we didn't understand why no efforts were made to clean the staircases or to paint the walls. The whole night there was a noise of generators.

This is a "time share" type setting with a fully appointed kitchen, beautiful living space and an amazing view of the bay. Even the swimming pool has views of the Atlantic Ocean/English Channel. The small town or Morgat is equally charming. While the area is French speaking, we had absolutely no problem with our very limited French and most all spoke English. only downside-internet connection is only available in the reception area.

We had a lovely stay mainly due to the fact that we chose our flat on a call to the reception before. One of the best view with sunshine all day long.|Nice résidence calm and peaceful. Worth the visit if you intend to tour the beautiful prequel île de Crozon

Resicence located on the clif with spectacular view on the see. Appartement I had overlooked the small pool. It was spatious but decoration was very average and used especially the kitchen. Morgat as all Britany is beautyfull and worth wisiting.

At the sea this residence has a great view; However you may be lucky having a complete sea view or less lucky with a pool view and part of the shore. So be wise and call them to ask which appartment they intend to rent you. Morgat and surroundings are nice.
