10/10 — easily the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The beds feel like sleeping on clouds, the food and drinks are excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive while still being genuinely warm and lovely. They somehow remember all the little details, which makes the whole experience feel very personal and effortless. We stayed here last year as well, and if anything, it’s only gotten even better since then. We will definitely be back!
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool so much. Our room was very well appointed and well designed. The best part of our experience was the staff, warm and attentive and to our relief, spoke English!
This was a mixed experience. The hotel is in great shape having seemingly just been renovated. Unfortunately the service was overall not great. There were a few experienced members of staff that stood out for their professionalism, but overall most seemed new and not well trained. Efficiency was overall low and some things need to clearly be addressed by the hotel. For example, due to processes and layout, coffee orders at breakfast took between ten to fifteen minutes to arrive on both mornings of our stay and for each order. Overall, not what we had hoped for and would expect at the price point.
The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated with great amenities. The food is excellent. Furthermore, the beach and the pool areas are peaceful. Will definitely come back. Many thanks.
A really super hotel! Villa Miraé is absolutely lovely in every way. It’s small, beautiful to look at, and stay at. Our room was superb, beautiful bed linen and towels, very elegantly decorated and very clean. It had a lovely pool and also sunbeds in a private area overlooking the beach too. We loved seeing local places via a golf buggy taxi! It would suit couples, families and solo travelers. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always happy and always helpful. Every single one of them delightful. Their customer service is superb. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you to all the wonderful team there.
We enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Mirae for our mini-moon. The hotel is relatively new and has been finished to a high standard. The hotel is also relatively small which overall creates a very welcoming atmosphere. ||We stayed in an executive room for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with the daily turn down service and beauty products a particularly nice feature. The interiors were very tasteful. The pool area and private Solarium on the nearby Garupe Beach also provided a great environment to relax throughout the day. ||In terms of other services, the spa was in a strange wooden hut and massages quite expensive (€165 for 1 hour). The hotel also does not include a gym, and you need to travel 2km to Juan les Pins for the nearest location which was logistically challenging. The hotel does not offer any car services or even hotel bikes to navigate the local area, which we would expect to be available for a ‘5 star hotel.’||The dining facilities were mediocre. Breakfast options were quite limited with the service often below par (for example, one morning we didn’t receive what we ordered and when told the service wasn’t good that day the response was “it happens”). The hotel has both a brasserie, and fine dining restaurant, for either lunch or dinner. We ate at the Brasserie on our first day, but found other local restaurants were of better standard with views of the sea. The fine dining restaurant was always empty and felt like wasted space. The bar areas were similarly under-utilised, with no views. They could utilise one of the roof terraces as a bar. ||The staff were friendly but were not particularly helpful in booking local restaurants. For example, we wanted to eat dinner at the Grill restaurant at Eden Roc which they couldn’t deliver on (after suggesting they had a particularly close relationship, and it would be possible). In this case, the staff were also not proactive in offering alternative options and we had sort our own booking at a differe
Not a true five star hotel. Issues at check in. room was not ready until 5pm and my assistant had requested beforehand for champagne and fruit to be sent to from that did not happen. no big deal however, room was also extremely inaccurate from website photos. |Also, tried to get a quote on boat rental many times via email ahead of time but didn’t offer prices until day of which messed with our travel planning. brand new facilities that does not include a gym? pool is the size of a kiddie pool. staff seemed unapologetic for the mix up. go to the carlton cannes or hotel negresco nice same price approx and much better real true five star service
Wonderful Stay at Hotel Villa Mirae I had an amazing experience at Hotel Villa Mirae. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel — every detail feels thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness really made the stay special. The location is perfect, situated in a charming area with easy access to the Keller beach. The sea view from my room was also unique. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast — absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Mirae to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay with top-notch service. I would definitely return!
