Le Nomade is a beautiful spot and perfect for photography. The sculpture looks stunning from every angle, especially with the sea and sky as the backdrop. It’s a peaceful place to stop, enjoy the view, and take some great photos. Definitely worth a visit if you’re exploring the area.

La Nomade is one of the most iconic landmarks in Antibes and a must-see for anyone visiting the French Riviera. Standing proudly at the entrance of Port Vauban, this impressive sculpture immediately captures attention with its unique design and striking presence against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea. What makes La Nomade so special is the way it blends art, architecture, and nature. The sculpture appears both powerful and peaceful, inviting visitors to pause and reflect while enjoying the stunning coastal scenery. Depending on the time of day and the angle of the sunlight, the artwork seems to change character, making every visit a little different. The location is absolutely spectacular. Surrounded by the sea, luxury yachts, and the historic charm of Antibes, La Nomade offers some of the best photo opportunities in the area. It is particularly beautiful during sunset, when the warm light creates a magical atmosphere and highlights the intricate details of the sculpture. Even for those who are not usually interested in modern art, La Nomade is worth visiting. Its scale, craftsmanship, and setting make it an unforgettable sight. It has become a true symbol of Antibes and perfectly reflects the artistic and cultural spirit of the French Riviera. A beautiful and inspiring piece of public art that adds character to an already stunning location. Highly recommended for anyone exploring Antibes.

A walk around the marina will find you overlooking the sea and pondering this sculpture. The Nomad is a reflective and inspiring place.

Huge artwork with a beautiful meaning. Free to access but you need to find your way. You need to start at the bottom of marina (marina parking) and follow the road/wall that circles marina (along the wall on the right if you face the sea). Once you reach about mid-point, there will be ramp up the wall. It takes you up to an open-air bar, so you just walk through the gate and keep walking past the bar to the statue.

Drove 45 mins to get to Le Nomade in Antibes. Absolutely worth the drive. Reached there at about 8pm and managed to catch the sunset. Le Nomade faces the sea and had a therapeutic walk along the coast line seeing the waves hit the shore. This attraction is out in the open and no tickets are required. This, in my opinion, is worth a visit and thereafter you can visit the Antibes town which is bustling with life.

This is a fun and easy spot to walk to if you're visiting Antibes! Beautiful views of the water and port. You can walk right up to and inside the sculpture.

Mesmerizing outdoor statue that is visible from far too. Very nice place to watch sunset and the billionaires bay in a vibrant Antibes. Currently (7/2022) some construction going on so couldn't get up and close like I. The times before but still worth to go see and take a stroll to look out on see.

The Nomade is one of the most intriguing structures planted in the town of Antibes. Sitting outside the Bastion Saint-Jaume, this gigantic white sculpture is the masterpiece of the French Riviera. Jaume Plensa created this ironwork of a man sitting calmly looking at the sea. Saint-Jaume has history attached to it; when the Romans occupied the land, there was a chapel, a temple, and thereafter a tower, located on site. The Bastion Shipyard was built much later, after many years, but eventually closed in the 1980s. The Nomade sculpture brings lightness and amusement to the place with serious historic stories.
