If I could put zero star for this useless company, I would. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I have been chasing invoice for the last 6 moths yet they don't even bother to respond to emails. I cannot believe French packaging law is in hand of this company!

Poor response They do not understand what are you trying to do in current economical situation. Their support and response is so slow. Pay attention to this organization while you plan your timeline

We had a very disappointing experience with Léko. Despite informing the company in writing that we had permanently stopped all sales and shipments to France and explicitly requesting the termination of our EPR registration and IDU, we continued to receive new invoices and renewal charges afterwards. Communication was extremely frustrating. Clear written cancellation requests were apparently ignored, while additional eco-contribution invoices kept arriving without transparent explanation or clear contractual basis. As a business owner, you expect reliable communication, proper handling of cancellations, and transparent billing processes — unfortunately, this was not our experience here. Based on our experience, we cannot currently recommend this service.

This demonstrates extremely poor operational management. The system unfairly penalized us for bank transfer times, leading to unnecessary delays and compliance risk. Customer support provided zero proactive communication and was unhelpful in resolving the systemic issue. Unacceptable process for mandatory compliance handling.

Really nice and patient service, Mr. Ruth explained everything to me in English that I didn't quite understand before, and took his time for all my questions. Some people commented about the prices doubling, but that isn't something in their control. All around a really nice site that's easy to navigate, read through and great support as well!

Believing in the greenest of options for our French customers made us work hard to complete the necessary legal declarations. It is simply required if one ships to France. There IS a lot to this but the Leko team is extremely helpful when all you do is ask, and we asked a lot. Thank you ALL! Got through it!

Outrageous price increase. Small companies that only send small quantities to France are penalized here. Léko is so active in ensuring that French customers are excluded from international trade with small companies. For the cheaper base price, an enormous amount of extra effort is necessary. There should be a uniform EU law on licensing so that there will no longer be such mischief as Léko does in the future.
