No frills hotel. Very basic in amenities, almost socialist. Small cramped room, lack of things like a mini bar or even enough tissues in the bathroom. For at least 100€ a night, you expect a bit more. On the plus side, the room was clean and they offer free parking. Location-wise it's good, only a few stops to the city centre by tram and the stop is around ten minutes away on foot.

Small room, but enough space for one person, bed was comfy, shower hot. Everything was clean. Unfortunately just shampoo, not lotion or anything else. Was okay for one night tho. A bit noisy since my room was towards the road, but it was okay.

After 30 days I am still waiting for the pre-payment of 80€ to be refunded in my card. I booked directly with them in their website since it was more or less same price as through Booking.com and I wanted to save them the commision, well… DONT DO THE SAME! they blocked 80€ from my card, spoke to the bank and they say the hotel MUST reject the payment for it to appear in my account, while the hotel said to contact my bank. All in all, it was much better to book through Booking.com, because I would not have had 80€ blocked from my account for more than 1 month!

iDiSCi-TRAVEL REVIEW: Hotel Comfortable and Super Friendly Staff. > Free PARKING < 1) ROOMS: Have AC and HEATING - But, in October No AC due to the house has one unit that either has AC or HEATING. So in October, it was already changed to heating. Therefore, I tried to fully open the window and could not. I could only tilt it. FYI: Due to that the hotel is next to a grocery store, (which I like) was loud in the morning. - PERFECT- BED / SHEETS / PILLOWS - TV was a good size and you can change the language to the original language of the show. 2) STAFF: FRONT DESK / BREAKFAST - SUPER NICE and FRIENDLY 3) LOCATION: 2.5 kilometer to Strasbourg - WALKING: 1 hour - TRAM: 10 minute walk to tram from hotel and about 20 minute ride with the tram ALL in ALL - Worth the money! Everyone (Front Desk) was so nice and helpful.

Coming from the west, slow to a snails pace when you see U just before it on the left. If you miss it you cant just go round the block and approach from the north. You can only enter from the south. Which is a shame since the hotel is good quality, great shower, with nice staff, easy checkin. 10 minutes to tram, €4.6 for a day pass, plenty of things to do in strasbourg. Not a great choice of restos by the hotel, but a couple are about 10 minutes away

The location is quite good. In a calm area and just 20 minutes to the center by public transportation. There is Super U supermarket nearby so it’s very convenient.The room was clean.Staff was friendly. However they could improve by providing bottle of water in the room which is an usual practise in every hotel. There wasn’t fridge inside the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was quite hard and thick. I had pain in my neck the day after. Anyway was good overall

Nice room, comfy bed. On the few occasions I sought assistance including when we checked in I felt like I was really putting the staff out. My experience of the customer service at this hotel was not good. I felt like I was being a nuisance. Hotel is located around a kilometre (roughly) from the closest tram line into Strasbourg and it's three stops to Gare Centrale. The tram services are good and frequent and cheap. You need to buy a ticket, it's not tap on tap off with a debit or credit card. There's a convenience store close by but nothing else. There's a brewery bar close by but nothing else in terms of places to eat or have a drink. The hotel doesn't do nighly meals but did offer drinks. Don't expect a hot english style breakfast, that's not a criticism just an observation.

Modern basic hotel, rooms are well furnished for a short stay. Breakfast only dining excellent but limited well priced. Dining area staff excellent. Reception staff adequate until we checked out this morning 29.11.25 at about 10.00, when receptionist demanded that I pay her for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days. I said I already had paid 2 nights earlier and since I had asked for a receipt I knew it was somewhere in my wallet. Eventually she looked on computer screen and said it was OK. It was not OK. She did not apologise and had accused me of theft, without bothering to look for a record of my payment. We shall not be staying there again. Customer service extends way beyond not accusing someone of theft with no evidence.
