Called them twice within a month for the same water leak and after the second visit it was still dripping. To fix half of the water leak cost 400 euros. Not unprofessional, but could gain from spending an extra minute to find the actual problem. Edit: hahaha I will gladly show them the facture, and afterwards I can report you...
