If I had a choice, I would live in this department store. Le Bon Marché is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Every floor feels like a new discovery, with an incredible selection of luxury brands, fashion, beauty products, home décor, gourmet food, and unique items that are difficult to find elsewhere. The atmosphere is elegant, the staff are welcoming and professional, and the shopping experience is second to none. I spent hours exploring and still felt like there was more to see. Whether you’re looking for luxury shopping, gifts, fine food, or simply want to experience one of Paris’s most iconic destinations, Le Bon Marché is an absolute must-visit. Without a doubt, one of my favorite places in Paris.

Le Bon Marché has this really specific energy that’s hard to explain until you’re actually inside it. It’s luxury, but not loud about it. Everything feels calm, spacious, and really thoughtfully curated—almost like you’re walking through an elegant gallery where you just happen to be able to shop. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel overwhelming the way some department stores in Paris can. It’s modern in how everything is laid out—clean, minimal, very edited—but you still feel the history in it at the same time. Nothing feels rushed or overly trendy. You can move from fashion to beauty to home without it ever feeling chaotic, and then downstairs at La Grande Épicerie it turns into a whole other experience—beautiful food, everything perfectly packaged, very “Parisian lifestyle” in the most effortless way. And then there are these little corners that make it feel even more special. The paper store is a dream if you love stationery or design—everything is so intentional and beautiful it’s hard not to linger. And the bookstore is one of those places you don’t just browse in for a few minutes… you can easily lose hours there without realizing it. It’s really one of those places where you don’t just shop—you slow down, wander, and end up staying longer than you planned.

Went here after visiting nearby Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church. Very big mall with good variety of goods, including their food and beverage section. There’s a tax refund office at the 3rd level. Very fast service and got my cash refund immediately (though one can also request refund via credit card). Their toilets are clean. Merci to the great staff for their smiles and help.

We really liked this shopping mall. There are many interesting and exclusive items here, including hand-painted bags. We enjoyed our visit. If you are looking for something unusual and unique, you should definitely stop by.

The store was overwhelmingly crowded and somewhat chaotic. Many visitors displayed an astonishing lack of consideration, selecting items only to place them elsewhere without care, leaving the staff to painstakingly restore order. This disregard made it unnecessarily time-consuming and rather frustrating to check prices, as items were not in their proper places. The staff, however, performed their duties diligently and with admirable composure, which did elicit a sense of regret on my part for the disruption caused. I would strongly advise avoiding particularly busy seasons or times of day.

What a fun shopping center. So much to look at. Every designer. And the sales were amazing too. A must go to, if you love shopping for luxury goods.

The most beautiful grocery store I've ever been. For such a supposedly expensive market, it's super-crowded. Bakery was yummy, and signature butter was quite flavorful. Vacuum sealing was 1ĕ.

The space of the shopping center is interestingly decorated. It is convenient to walk around and look at things and various products, beautiful interior elements. There are many well-known brands. The staff is polite. This is one of the best department stores in Paris. Compared to the more well-known ones, it feels much more comfortable, although it can be quite crowded on Sundays. This is a legendary Parisian department store that has been around since 1852 and is considered one of the world's first large department stores. It was founded by the couple Aristide and Marguerite Bouquicaud, who transformed a small shop into a revolutionary shopping space by introducing fixed prices, a wide variety of products, and an open shopping area where customers could browse without committing to a purchase. To assist customers, they also offered the option of returns and home delivery. The store quickly expanded, and in 1869, Bouquicaud expanded the building, creating a striking architectural ensemble of glass and iron with the help of engineer Gustave Eiffel and architect Louis-Charles Boyle.
