Terrible service. I left my mercedes a week ago to be repaired. I physical put meecedes cannes in touch with the insurance company for one week the insurance company wanted for the photos of my car. I emailed and called mercedes cannes with no réponse. I now will return back after two weeks and have to pick up the car to use it having wanted two weeks of it sitting in their shop.

Outstanding experience wit the service here. I was on vacation and got a warning light for brake pad wear. I contacted the work shop and got an exceptional welcome and they replaced the brake pads the same day! Service far beyond what could be expected, so this company can be highly recommended!

I have been a Mercedes Customer for 20 years in many country’s as for my business, 13 years ago Mercedes from Monaco the service was perfect!! I even invited to their party too. And now my experience in Cannes on last Thursday I sent my car to the service department they damaged my threshold, I tried to in contact with my sales, then because he is the one who can speak English in that shop, but he told me he can’t do anything because it’s different department. But then I tried to called the car service department they can’t speak English and hang up my phone straight away over times that I was calling!! Maybe they were too shy for even to transfer to the one who can speak English 😅 it seems like when you trying to buy a car there then they are international! But not service department🤣 and my service b it cost 633€, I’m surprised how they put on the lists!! It won’t happen in Monaco at least of my own experience!! Well, I recommend you guys check the list before you do the service b! And be aware with your car not have damage afterwards. There’s micro camera you can get from the internet, just for in case you need to proof! after all I’m sending the email to the client service to get response from them, I will wait for the response and following to come back to rate again and see how it goes!!

Super helpful customer/sales service and very efficient. My parents bought a great Mercedes from there and services and repairs have been impeccable (the workshop is pristine and can be seen by visitors). Very honest when we had small issues recently plus got a paint touch up stylus on the same day when it would have taken ages through the Mercedes website.

I've had poor experience with Vincent Debasa. Mercedes was not able to set proper expectations. I was told that repair service would last for 2 days, but it laster about 1.5 weeks. I needed to replace brake pads, interior lighting and rear shock absorbers (guarantee). The job was done with poor quality, interior was left unwrapped after lighting change. Regarding read shock-absorbers, I had been waiting for 4 months to have them delivered and then I was requested to pay extra 50% I don't recommend the service unless you want your taken from you for the couple of weeks.

I have a 15 year mercedes class B! Hade a problem with ESP! Sent to Mercedes 8 oclock Friday morning they made analys! Discover problem traction and module contacteurs were broken and i must come back on onsdag to pick up the car!vent home and 930 they find the part in villeneavelobet so i could pick up the car same day kl 1400! What a good service from Vincent and Frank! Even with this old car spareparts was just 12 km away! Superservice with superpeople i am so happy! Have a good weekend Mercedes Cannes!
