After almost one year, here are a couple of examples of what we're dealing with: - Parking lot infiltrations; - Parking doors do not lock according to safety rules; - Isolation issues (we can hear our upstairs neighbours) - Common areas not ready after one year of delivery. - VMC is not working properly. RUN AWAY!
