I had a great shopping experience at Sephora! The staff, especially Anissa and Laurianne, were incredibly helpful and patient. They gave me excellent advice and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their professionalism and kindness made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

I went to Sephora today to look for makeup products as a beginner, Dana and Luana helped me find my shades and I wanted to thank them for helping me out. Even though I didn’t speak French they were really nice to me in English.

Good customer service, not pushy. Many staff came up to me to ask if I needed help in any way, and 3 different staff even gave me suggestions on new products which was very much appreciated. Even the cashier was patient, and was very calm and I never felt like I was holding up the queue in any way. Thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sephora (Rue de la République, Lyon). I recently purchased a lipstick that was sold without proper packaging, which I unfortunately didn’t notice at the time of purchase. When I returned to the store to exchange it—willing to choose other products and pay the difference—the manager refused, despite my loyalty as a long-time customer. This lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable. I will not be recommending Sephora at all!

Madame KHADİJA was very helpfull and cared. Go find her. Also Mösyö Sofianne and other workers from the parfume section are so nice. You ll leave there happier for sure. Excellent
