ARGAILLOT TAYSON

We highly recommend Art Renov Surgeres for the quality of their service, their professionalism and their customer focus. We worked with Louis Joly and had a great experience during the whole of our project from choosing our products to installation and aftercare. We felt that we were really listened to and didn’t feel rushed into placing our order. Thank you Louis for making us feel comfortable, and for speaking English with us! A great help and really appreciated. The initial work, in 2023, involved the installation of 14 pairs of shutters, two roller solar shutters, a new rear door and sliding French windows. The work was completed with great care and within the agreed deadlines. A big thank you to Anthony, Guillaume and the rest of the team, for their craftsmenship and care while working in our home. The rear door did not meet our understanding of the order however Art Renovation addressed our concerns and made adjustments without hesitation. In my view, a reliable, efficient, and pleasant company to work with and one I recommend without hesitation! In fact, we are now working with Louis JOLY and the Art Renovation team again, for phase 2 of upgrading our home. We did approach other local companies, of which some where cheaper however we feel safe and secure using Art Renovation again and know that our projects will be completed to our requirements and to an above average standard. Phase 2 project has been completed and we are delighted with the installation. The team at ArtRenov are very professional, friendly, hardworking and aligned to the wishes of the Client, regularly consulting with me to ensure they are installing in a way that meets our needs. They arrived as planned and completed the work as planned to. They also clean up after themselves and leave your property in a fit state. We would highly recommend Artrenov Surgeres, and if you are English speaking ask for Louis JOLY.
