Deceiving services and workers. We had the displeasure to have them work in our house to renew a water pipe which took almost 3 months!! I cannot tell you the amount of dust and they were leaving behind. By the time they finished, our WC room had electrical wires exposed, the light switches out of their hinges and the cherry on the top: The Boiler was suddenly not working anymore. Our appartment was newly renovated, the boiler and the wires were all new, and we were so happy to finally enjoy our new house. So we called a trusted electrician hoping that we wont have to rip out all of our electrical cables or even replace the boiler. What we found was so ridiculously devilish: they disconnected the cables and wrapped them in duck tape. Im leaving this review because these bandits asked for more than 1000€ just to find the problem and connect some wires they pulled out.

I only regret not sharing this experience earlier and hope that someone else didn’t have a bad experience as we did. This is the least professional and most misleading service provider I ever had a chance to deal with. Started with great promise of quality and timely delivery for full renovation of our bathroom, ended with delays, broken sink at fixation, bad finishings - tiles misaligned and joints with holes.. when giving remarks before finalization of works they asked us why we were not there to make sure works were done properly while in progress, how can we expect good result if we are not there while his staff is performing works?! In reality workers were often late or even not showing up,.every time the issue was justified with - “they’re looking for parking”. Every attempt of communication with secretariat was a big failure, they are rude, even agressive at times..I was told if I dare leave negative review while work was in progress I better not expect it to be done at all… overall an experience that caused a lot of stress, resulted in poor quality and big disappointment with this establishment .. only giving 1 star as 0 is not an option! Good luck and hope you never have to deal with this company..we surely would never think about it again!

Merci encore!
