Really bad service. Lies and false promises. Still waiting for supervisor to call me. The salesman it’s incompetent and not correct. I bought my car there not new one , good occasion used but still not even 7000 km and the salesman promise that on the delivery date the care will be perfect ( because we saw few scratches and he told all will be done, all will ne fixed) on delivery date nothing was fixed even after I saw there is problem with software/not update, he didn’t check nothing. After he offer to organise repair and I specifically send a photos and all the problems and he fix one scratch and they deliver my car half empty with fuel. His excuse like he was off date day. I called since then 3 times send a messages and asked if his supervisor can call me and agin nothing. Just lies and false promises. Horrible service.

They were able to run diagnostic of my car quickly and without problem when I came without previous enagegement. I had an orange engine light on my ageing Verso diesel. In conference with my home mechanic problem was assesed and solution assigned.

The car maintenance was well organized, good timing, I enjoyed a cafe and the staff was helpful and sympathetic.

I just want to say thank you first to the receptionist he was such a gentleman,,he find a slot for my toyota Auris..and the team fixed it..I was far from home with my family..thank you ..now I am in londin

Unbelivable bad service. The parts replacement guy had no intention at all in helping us. He should work cleaning toilets instead.
