Compact but functional and modern airport. Good transport links to the town centre, passport and security check times were ok for me (automated EES system was not in use as of May 2026 - manual biometric checks on entry and exit for all travellers. Arrival was a bit of queue - maybe 30 mins but on leaving on a night flight it was quick with no wait at all.

We landed in Toulouse around 11:30 from Porto. We came back to Porto after 3 days and had a flight around 16:55 from the same airport. 1. The exit way is smooth and clear. You just need to follow the instructions. 2. The security check took us about 20 minutes and we arrived 2 hours before our flight. They were so strict abou the liquid. Make sure you wrap inside the plastic and take from the bag. 3. The distance to the city center is about 6 miles. It takes around 15 minutes by UBER. We spent 12€ by UBER to our hotel in Capitol du Toulouse. UBER pick up point is in the parking area in front of departure gate. There is also bus available to go to city center. 4. The toilet is ok, but needs to improve for the cleanliness. 5. There is a salon inside the airport which is a surprise for me. I saw someone was doing her nails.

you can see the airbus beluga xl from the departures window and honestly that alone deserves 5 stars. i could stare at it for hours. also, how cute is the pilot teddy bear?

Warning for those planning to skirt baggage size rules: this airport enforces limits to the exact mm! I watched at least 10 people being forced to pay for their barely over the limit baggages, with agents remarking they are aware that other stations might be more lenient but they aren't allowed to by management. Otherwise it's a fine airport but the queue to security was close to 30 minutes long.

Very clean and nice airport. People are friendly and directions are very clear. Good connection to the city with busses however the shuttle is pretty expensive costing 9 euros but it's efficient. Overall a good 7,5/10 airport

Mid-sized airport, relatively clean but showing its age, both architecture/amenities-wise and general upkeep. Getting around is easy enough, even though better signage could help, for example to reach the rental car area, to which you will need to walk, as opposed to having a shuttle. During that 5 min walk, you will haul your luggage, which you can potentially put on a cart, assuming you have a hard to identify coin to release one - yes, they ask for money to use their carts, presumably because people steal them. You may wonder if this euro coin will deter theft. I don't know, but I've never seen that at an airport before. Definitely not practical when you arrive on an international flight, unprepared for this situation. Finding help to explain mysterious announcements (e.g. my departure flight was showing as cancelled, when in the end it was not) is difficult. I asked and was ignored completely, as if I didn't even exist. This was somewhat of a let down.

Signs with clear instructions are needed right before the security check. Should we remove the PC and phone from our bags? Should we remove our keys and phone and put them aside? That information should be visible while we queue for the security checkup. Also, sometimes there's only one security station open for all flights, I believe that's not enough. Furthermore, more seats are needed, specially in the area travellers wait for check-in, and also in the corridor where the shops are located, after the security check . Not everyone can stand up for hours on end. Lastly, the staff has to undergo some training to have better manners while addressing travellers, not only the check-in personnel, but also the security one as well. On the positive side, dogs are allowed to walk freely in this airport, which is a big plus. An indoors toilet would be useful, but I understand if it hasn't been possible yet. This airport is not the worst I've been to, but there is surely some room for improvement.

This is a more than decent airport, and for a regional airport they have great facilities for travellers: many shops and restaurants. Good and clear signing, clean toilets. It's a pleasure to arrive and depart from there. Only improvement point I think is that there should be better road signs to the kiss & ride parking (first 10 minutes free) when approaching the airport by car.
