Amazing experience. I really recommend popping in here for wine and meet/cheeses. It’s magic! They will take you to their own wine cellar where you can choose your wine. The best thing is service. The guy who served us tonight was excellent! Great advices and so nice personality! I would come back just for him!
We really enjoyed the place. Thankfully we went there on our last day because else we would have been there every night. ;-) This place feel like you visit an old friend and he shows you the good stuff he has - good cold cuts, cheese, and wine. Super friendly and everybody (also guests) are very friendly and communicative.
Awesome wine bar that is a hidden gem in Nice! The owner and service crew are so passionate about what they do, what they use and how they do. They even have their own wine cellar to store their wide array of Wine! We had such good quality Iberian ham, beef flank and also pork shoulder! Must come and experience it yourself!
If you go there, take a look in the so called cave! This is a room made only for wine (of course) so that the climate is perfect. Besides that we had delicious food. Cheese and ham. And to every product, the owner/service was able to tell a whole story. You can see the involvement and passion for each product. The same of course with the wine. It’s not only a wine. It’s a plant, has a heritage and it’s own story. I recommend if you are a wine lover, looking for a lovely experience and ok with spending maybe a little bit more money than usual. We had a bill of 210€ for 2 bottles and the food from the pictures.
Probably the best charcuterie I’ve ever had. Especially the middle salami was exceptional. They took us to the back to see the entire wine collection and the rosé we got was very good. The cheese board wasn’t my favorite, not due to bad cheese but it was more soft mild cheeses and I prefer cheese with a strong flavor. The service was great, walking us through our options and telling us more about the different meats available. We will definitely return.
It was not our best experience. We (3 people) came here to get some snacks and the waiter recommended "beef degustation set", which eventually turned out to be 1.2 kg of meat, which we couldn't manage to eat. Too huge portions, not nearly suitable for 3 people. The beef was great though.
We went here because we read the good ratings on Google. The place is a gem if you are into wine, cheese and cold cuts. They have a wine cellar in which everyone is invited. There you can pick your own bottle of wine. The number of available options are really impressive. We did not want a hole bottle so we ordered two glasses instead and then we told the waiter that we wanted a selection of cheese and charcuterie for two. This was very good, but a little too much for our preference. The personnel is very friendly tough. The restaurant is located a little bit away from the most crowded parts of Nice, but can be recommended if you are a wine lover.
We came here after booking the fork menu. The starters of home made burrata with tomato, mackerel and meat charcuterie was excellent Followed my large veal for main. Which was served a little too raw (French like it more raw) The lemon desert was fantastic Luca served us very well and were pleased with the overall experience
