Our very old and dated bathroom needed a complete renovation. We decided to go with RE’NEUV due to their professional manner and the detailed invoice. Absolutely everything was noted on it. Furthermore, their communication was excellent and reactive. A bonus was the fact that Pascal spoke fluent English which helped me understand what and when things would happen. We encountered some issues during the build (old damaged floorboards and unstable wall) but this didn’t cause us any stress as Mohammed explained exactly how it could be rectified and his team quickly dealt with it. We are very pleased with the final results. I would definitely recommend them and we would use them for any future projects.

I had a pleasure to meet Pascal. He is a great professional and a really kind person. From the very beginning we have connected and it looked like we were at the same page. Pascal is looking for the best solutions for the client and giving proposals considering the particularity of the situation. He is giving more from himself than expected. I felt his support all the time and I knew that I can contact him with any aspect because he is really flexible. It is a great pleasure to work with a professionals like Pascal!

Pascal is someone I could put my trust in to do a good job at a correct price. Hé correctly and quickly assessed thé situation of high humidity in m y bathroom and sent me a detailed estimate of thé works which I then forwarded to my insurance company. His bilingual communication by mail and by phone is excellent and hé gives truly good advice. Unfortunately due to thé insurance company not covering any of thèse costs I was unable to accept his offer and therefore unable to have a good quality shower installed by him. I would however still recommend Pascal on thé basis of his good customer relations and will certainly keep him in mind for another occasion . Robert GORROD
