Can you please do something about your international communication status please. As a Dutch person being treated here, it is a nightmare. No one introduces him or herself. After asking to speak slowly French, that wil only lasts 2 words. Please grow some understanding on foreign patients. Communicating with a foreigner is not speaking French all the time. As a university hospital you should know better. Also introduced the patient at first on your rules and habits. And please put some humanity in the food you provide. If you do not eat fish, then don t give fish. Or anything else of that matter. Also your website and telephone answering machine might need some international flavor to it. Because not the whole world speaks French. Please. It makes it very hard for a foreign patient with you. Update: now you state in your comment that your website is available in English since October?? Not when i open it! It still looks too much French to me......

Suffered the worse vomiting/stomach pain leading to excessive dehydration whilst on holidays in France and I could not eat or keep fluids down. Was taken to CHU Orleans ER at 3am in the morning and promptly admitted and checked out by the nurses. Was put on an IV drip overnight and felt much better after 4 hours. There was only one nurse that spoke English well while I was admitted and was able to translate for me, so language can be an issue if there is noone to translate for you, else Google translate will do - but phone reception inside the hospital can be patchy/bad. Thanks for looking after me 🙏

They just give me new life the ambulance staff or the Dr of emergency and artillery cardiology neurology the Dr and staff they just take care of me like the family member got the new life because of them love the hospital love the staff ...love from India

I was brought here by helicopter into cardiology department. The doctors, nurses and support staff are all superb. I cannot thank them enough for their care and attention.
