I bought a phone in July 14 pro, was supposed to be all new and fine with changed screen and battery. Connection issues from the beginning and then screen just stopped working. When I handed it in I was told screen should be fixed, but then 5 days later the screen was broken (and that was why it was not working). The screen was not broken when I handed it in but now it was and I needed to pay extra for it. - Not a good experience, as nothing I have gotten from there has actually worked from the beginning, so if you have time going back and forth to the store then it might be a good way to get a cheap phone, but if you need a reliable phone! DO NOT GO THERE!

I thought I was going to need a whole new phone but Mickaël managed to replace my screen and fix everything perfectly! Super helpful, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I would not buy my mobile with them. Got one for my boyfriend in December 24, did not work fully from the start - he waited with complaining as he was travelling and then screen stopped working! And it took them 2 months to fix!

I brought my cell phone here to change the screen under the name of my husband. I waited a week and when they gave it to me it no longer charged. they said maybe there was a problem while they were changing the screen and they would fix it and they will call me to come back and bring the phone if they had the item they would put in. but no calls. I keep asking but still nothing they just keep on reasoning, months have passed no call and I still have my phone with an empty battery that no longer works because it doesn't charge! It cost me money to change the screen and I received a broken phone that cannot be used. Well done! This shop does not deserve any stars!! To be avoided 100%

SCAM. I paid for a real apple screen and got scammed with a fake screen. They also told me to come back on a certain day and the place was closed. You will be lucky to even get your phone back if you bring it here. My phone shuts off every 10 minutes. Stay away from every location! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away

Great service I had to change my battery in my iPhone It took 10 mins and cost 70€ which I found a reasonable price it’s been a month and my battery life is still great highly recommend
