Very bad service. I bought one ticket and I wanted one justification with my name it's been month I am moving around. No response. When I visit their office they say we don't do this. When we call customer care no it's not our service. Very poor service. Don't trust them.
I have paid a 60,00€ fine for not having one of the new tickets, when onboard the tramway. However I was given 4 unused older tickets (ie more than 3 weeks old) by my boyfriend’s mum who I have just come to visit from the UK. She and even more so myself, was not aware of the new system in place and have found it extremely unfair to be chaged this amount when the machines inside the tram were covered by a paper « unusable » without a reason. They was no explanation what I should have done + your colleagues that charged me said I should have been aware of this new change as it was advertised on the TV and radio. It has apparently only been in effect for the past 3 weeks and I have just arrived in nantes this morning! (I was just arriving from the Airport with my luggages after being picked up by my boyfriends mum and dropped off at the tram stop) I went in the tram at the stop : Alexandre Vincent Sainte Therese, and they were no signs of the change or anything. I was grossly disappointed at the lack of understanding by the inspectors that stopped me, especially since I explained the story and showed the 4 unused tickets and my level of french is not the best. They blamed me and my boyfriends who is quite old for not being aware of this new change of tickets. This is clearly an abuse of a legitimate person, with 4 valid tickets in my pockets. Charging a tourist 60€ for having 8€ of VALID tickets in my pockets, is an outrage.
I bought a 1-month bus ticket here and the employee was really friendly! I was curious about whether there was a difference between ticket types purchased on-site and online, so I visited in person and found that there was no difference.

Is it true that they target international students and fine them ??? Had a very bad experience with online tickets just on the second day in the city and was fined, when tried to explain them , it was useless as i was not understanding the language nor they could. Many international students from my college had similar bad experience, Hope the management looks into it, and treat people with more consideration and humanity
A decent transportation system for a peaceful, small-sized city. Timetables and current information is available online. But the app could be improved by including the bus route information. Right now I cannot know the entire route of a particular bus or tram using the app. It only provides information on timings.
Really crowded around lunch, and an annoying amount of documents to bring and forms to fill out. I had to wait 10 days for a transport card only for them to say one of the documents didn’t meet their requirements, so I had to resubmit everything and wait another 10 days. But at least the staff are really helpful and nice
