I can thoroughly recommend Jean Herrmel, he responded promptly to my email request and visited the site on a Saturday to asses the contract (a concrete base for a Pool House). to cope with the slope it had to be 30ch high at the west side and 50cm at the east side. Jean promised me a devis late on Sunday, it actually arrived at 2.00am on Monday. I accepted the devis which was extremely detailed and listed all of the elements of the job. Jean gave me a start date and turned up on time. It had to be the hottest day of the year with the temperature reaching 48c in the sun, Jean worked non-stop in the blazing heat all day, alongside him was his brother in law, as they dug out the foundations, the ground was baked hard and required a great deal of effort. Jean left for a week to work on another of his contracts, but promised to return on an agreed date. He then stayed on site until the work was completed He works tremendously hard and does not stop at all. He is extremely friendly and polite and asked me on one day is it all right to continue working into the evening to finish off one aspect of the job, he would have got home around 10.00 pm that day.. He is skilled in Construction, Electrical installations, plumbing and Climatizations. I will be contacting him again next year once the pool is installed to erect a privacy fence using stone piers and timber fencing. He is a wonderful example of what a skilled tradesman should be and speaks perfect English.
