One of the worst experiences in Europe. Never ever. We had an accident in Paris and our truck was transporter to this workshop. All needed repair parts were registered at the office (where people are rude as usual..), manager explained that repair will take 72 hours. So we waited for 11 days. Yes, 11 days for parts to arrive. And what do you think - many parts missing and we not ordered by manager at the firs day! As a result, our truck spent all in all 24 days in the workshop because of the unqualified services of the workshop and its personnel. And one remark regarding mechanics - they disconnected two original fuel tanks, and after repair explained, that these two fuel tanks can not be connected again because there is no need :D unbelievable.
