POINT FORTERESSE

I locked myself out of the apartment and called Point Fortresse after a recommnedation from a neighborhood group. The service was friendly, fast, and effective with no surprises. Both the person on the phone and Akim (the technician who came) were very kind and patient with my terrible French. I would absolutely recommend!

As a non-French person, I have been scammed by locksmiths twice here, both leading to huge bills I later learned were unnecessary (once for me and once for a friend). This is the first GREAT experience with a locksmith I have had. HIGHLY recommend. Super friendly, quick, professional and best of all, no surprise fees or huge bills.

We locked our keys in the Airbnb and didn't have a way to contact the owner. The technician from Point Forteresse absolutely saved our vacation. He arrived quickly, opened the door without damaging it, and the price was quite reasonable. Thank you!
