I rented a Stihl Ms271 chainsaw here at a reasonable price. The blade was sharpened. The motor functions well. I dealt wit Barbara. She was professional,polite and knowledgeable.

blinds… Ordered online 2x 50cm venetian blinds and 2 x 60cm. Special order only and not available in store. Recieved 3 x50cm and 1x 60cm .. after the order was delayed for 6 weeks because of a " stock issue". Then the fun begins.. no reply to any emails.. online help useless and have no option but to drive for 3hrs to resolve in store. My advice is avoid using their online store at all costs, unless your prepared to suffer the consequences. Never again. EditDelete Share JE

Used this shop extensively over a 3 month period. Alexis in the paint section is a top man, fluent English and really helpful. Some of the customer services people also very helpful. This is however France so they are seriously handicapped by red tape, logic defying internal controls and a delivery service that is third world on customer service ethic. If you deal with this business then click and collect and hire a van, even without a French address you can hire a van in person and the rates are reasonable. For small jobs they are the best option for larger jobs you are much better off importing everything bar sand, blocks and gravel.

Very large choice of everything DIY you will need. Staff could be slightly nicer but end up being helpful. Quite a bit of traffic to get there around 5 to 7pm because of rush hour.

The store is really big and has a wide ranges of choices in almost everything (paint, floor,tools ..etc) plus the prices are affordable with great customer care their employees will listen to you and help you find what you came looking for 10/10.
