Long story I won't bore you with but another rental agency reneged on a booking at 10am on a Saturday morning out in the sticks in Avignon leaving me with 2 hours max to arrange another booking and get to the new location. Enterprise not only took the booking instantly but even shuffled their existing bookings around to give me the smaller van I needed. Not super cheap but in the circumstances worth every penny. Thanks team, you saved the cycling holiday of 3 people.

Good and quick service and with nice range of vans and great availability (unlike many other car rental nearby). Only 4 stars as they do not accept revolut cards, which meant we had to pay extra for a second driver, as the payment card name must match the driving licence name (but that's more of an Enterprise issue than this very agency)

terrible. AVOID. went to add 2nd additional driver. spoke fluent French, the guy said we have nothing to pay. he charged us for the whole duration of the rental and NOT for the remainder of the days. when we were dropping the car back at the airport, they billed us 90 extra euros for the duration of the whole rental. he did not ask me to sign any documents, also he did not say we will be CHARGED and for the whole duration. will avoid using them again

Don’t bother trying to reserve a car here, we booked 3 months in advance but they give them first come first serve and when I called to confirm the day before, they acknowledged my booking but said they had no cars, and it might be a day or two. Very sorry. Unacceptable. Same at marseille airport. They had over 31 people waiting for cars and the cars were not likely to show up that day or evening. The other car rental agencies told us they cause a lot of issues.

Not a good experience at all. Ruined a part of our honeymoon. We showed to rent the car we booked nearly three months ago. We showed up only an hour late and our reservation was unilaterally cancelled without even giving us a call or warning. After begging and pleading for them to do something they offered nothing except for us to figure it out and that there was nothing they could do.

The staff was wonderful! They picked me up from the TGV and had a car ready to go! Excellent service, easy breezy!

A couple kilometers from the train station, but a little cheaper, and service was great.
