Buyer beware! Never have I experienced such unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate behavior from a store. On 9 January 2023 I walked in to the store and purchased a dresser from the inventory available in the showroom. I needed a matching dresser so the sales woman placed an order for the same item and told me it would be available in mid-March. I paid the deposit and was prepared to wait until mid-March as I was told. I finally received the dresser the 3rd week of May, more than two months later than promised. During those two months I called Passionnement Meubles periodically and was given excuse after excuse after excuse--told multiple times that the dresser would arrive the next week, told they were having transportation issues, told the paint must be given time to dry on the piece of furniture before it could be transported, etc. These people obviously have no problems lying to their customers. I called one day and spoke with an exceptionally rude man who gave me more excuses--at this point in time I had legitimate reason to believe my money had been stolen, so I asked to speak to the owner of Passionnement Meuble. She called me back a few hours later and proceeded to speak at me with a raised voice, in such a way that I could not say anything--seriously I wanted to tell her to take a breath, she surely was close to passing-out based on the rapid pace of her speech--and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back, very calmly--each time, someone picked up the phone and hung-up on me. These people are badly behaved children, not professionals. Finally, I did get a call that my order was there. I went to pick it up--the dresser was not the same color as the first that I had purchased and the entire reason for ordering another and enduring the treatment I received from the people who own and work at this company. Très beau magasin . La propriétaire et ses employés sont très commerçants ,très agréables et nous ont toujours donné de très bons conseils pour nos premiers aménagements d'intérieur . Nous poursuivrons avec "passionnément meubles "par la suite sans aucune hésitation !!

Très belle expérience avec l’équipe de « Passionnément Meuble » Habitant la Bretagne, j’ai pu passer commande d’une suspension qui m’a été livrée très rapidement après échanges de mail, de photos, et commande. La gentillesse des personnes au téléphone est également à souligner. Le luminaire est parfait dans la pièce. Il correspond bien aux photos et le design et la qualité sont au rendez-vous.
