I had a cracked tooth, it was expertly fixed in a short amount of time, very professional dentistes.
The secretary (with the glasses) is very welcoming. The substitute dentist from Strasbourg was very welcoming and very efficient. She suggested options for my fillings that no one offered before and was very proactive.
Went to have my teeth cleaned - at 1530 on Dec 2nd. Waited 25 minutes. A presumably junior Dr on his first day out of dental school did a 10 to 12 minutes rush job in my mouth. An experienced dental hygienist would take 45/50 minutes to do a proper job judging from my many decades of experience paying for this kind of treatment. Worst dental experience in call it 55 years of “dental memory” - the man literally does not know what he is doing. A “one” Star rating is generous. I actually think they owe me money for making me wait for a non-service like I experienced. I rather die of pain than ever go there again.
