RenovaHome was a godsend to us! In the summer of 2023 we purchased an old apartment in an old building. It was only after the previous owner moved out that we recognized the true state of the floors, walls, windows, kitchen, bathroom, and especially the electrical system (probably as old as electricity itself). We could not see ourselves living in this apartment and had only a few days to decide what to do. Our realtor recommended contacting RenovaHome. They responded immediately, and despite our extremely short deadline, took us on a tour of stores where we were able to select a new bathroom, kitchen, and wall paint. To make a long story short, when we returned 3 months later and unlocked the door we found ourselves in a brand new apartment that has not lost its original charm. The parquet floors were the same old and charming parquet floors that no longer exist, but somehow looked new and were not squeaking and bending when we walked on them. The electrical system was entirely new and up to code. All outlets and the light-switches were new and their new locations were extremely well thought out. Somehow RenovaHome was able to run the new electric lines without touching the charming old moldings on the walls and the ceilings -- and even managed to put lights on the ceilings, which we did not think would be possible. The apartment now has a hard-wired internet connection to every room. The bathroom is more modern and elegant than we could have imagined and so is the kitchen. RenovaHome worked extremely well with the kitchen vendor and the internet company (to the point that we did not need to even call them). RenovaHome was able to install brand new (yet consistent with the style of an old building) double-pane windows, built with the latest technology, at a very reasonable price (we still cannot imagine how they were able to bring windows of that size through the narrow stairwell several floors up without damaging anything in the building). J'ai fait appel à Renova Home pour la rénovation complète de mon appartement de 65 m2. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat. Nous avons fait appel à Michael pour un projet de rénovation complète de notre salle de bain (plomberie, carrelage au sol et mural, électricité, ventilation, peinture, remplacement d’une baignoire par une douche)… Michael a su nous guider tout au long du projet et a été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Il est toujours joignable et très réactif. Malgré les imprévus il a su s’ajuster avec son équipe et le délai des travaux a été respecté. Son accompagnement pendant et après les travaux a été très appréciable. Le résultat est au-dessus de nos attentes. Nous le remercions avec son équipe. Nous n’hésiterons pas à refaire appel à lui pour d’autres travaux !
