DARTY Strasbourg Les Halles. I bought a computer last Saturday (2.04.2022), when i go to the desk for pay, i ask the consultant : can i look at the new one, he says -no, but he says: if something go wrong , you can change it. I understand RIGHT that I can change it. I Come home , open this box, turn on the computer and hear , that it’s quiet and I want louder, I turn on the max sound, I enter to YouTube, and there also turn on max, and it’s also Quiet… I came today (4.04.2022) to choose another one, ask the consultant can I change it, he says YES,! When we went to the cash desk, with my computer that I bought and with the new one, too me came Another guy , end says that I couldn’t change it! He says because of the open box!! BUT FIRST - WHY WHEN WE BOUGHT IT NOBODY SAYS TO US THAT WE COULDN’T CHANGE IT IF THE BOX WILL BE OPEN. SECOND- HOW CAN I TRY THE NEW ONE IF I COULD NOT OPEN THE BOX, BECAUSE I DONT NOW WHATS INSIDE, at the normal shops , before buying shows the products!! THIRD NOWHERE is written in English that I can not return the product , if I open the box. That consultant sees that I don’t speak French, and didn’t says , that I can’t. Everything is fine with the computer, it’s new and perfect, only the box is slightly open , as on the photo! I WANT TO CHANGE IT AND BUY NEW , because it's not fair, they didn't tell me, instead tell that I CAN!!

The only place nearby so I have to shop there all the time. Manager is unfriendly and inflexible even when you purchase multiple appliances at a time. Got one of the highest quality fridges they offered and having it repaired after 4 months... TECHNICIAN ACCUSED ME OF LYING!!! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE unless you want a fridge that freezes at 8 degrees (the highest temp allawed) with on recourse even though you have a warranty!!!!!!!! Reducing to 1 star, because 0 not an option

Never ask for service de montage at this shop. They take the money and do nothing

Guys they lie to you and know nothing about the products. Since you are reading this review, really just buy things online. This shop will make you spend 49 euros for a 10 euros Amazon toaster. And you will be told that it can make up to 30 bread 1 second. Since they only want to sell you things not really tell you how they work or that the things they sell aren't top, but cost more than the once top on the market.
