I am not sure why they exist. We asked for area maps and brochures. Non! We had to know exactly the name of what we wanted or they didn't have it. To say their welcome was cold would be overrating it.

This is a tourism DISinformation. This is the first time I have encountered such a dismissive approach to a tourist. I asked about the opening hours of the cemetery. One lady said she thinks it is until 6 p.m., another said until 7 p.m. On the spot: an unpleasant surprise - the cemetery closes at 4 or 4.30 p.m., depending on the day. When asked about the nearest public toilet, the lady directed me to the old town, although the toilet was much closer, by the beach. A waste of time, better to check yourself on the internet. The employee was not polite. Sad, because usually the tourist information is a positive showcase of the city. Here, it was different. To the ladies from the information desk, I dedicate the attached picture with the correct opening hours. Maybe next tourists will be better informed.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with bus routes to Saint-Martin-Vesubie and gave us great information in sights to see in the area as well as in Nice

Dear Board of Public Transport, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the significant pricing discrepancy for the 7-day public transport pass purchased at Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport. As a tourist who recently arrived in Nice, I was shocked to be charged 50€ for a pass that is clearly available for only 20€ within the city. It is extremely disappointing to be faced with such a discrepancy immediately upon arrival in a city that prides itself on welcoming visitors. I did not expect this to happen in France, a country where I trust the highest standards of fairness and respect for citizens' and EU visitors' rights are upheld. This practice, where tourists are charged significantly higher prices at the airport compared to the city, feels misleading and unfair. I urge you to review this pricing policy and consider more transparent and consistent pricing across all points of sale, including the airport, to ensure that tourists and locals alike are treated fairly. We did not find this useful or even friendly. Asked for info on wheelchair accessible sights and were told that there is no info at tourist info. Very disappointed. Not helpful for our needs.

I had a great experience with the 3 day pass in Nice! I participated in all sorts of different activities, and it was a fantastic time! I feel like you can really see the care the Nice tourism bureau puts in. The staff were very professional, responsible, dedicated, and had a great service attitude. Shout out to Catherine and Alexander (sorry if I missed your name!) They were also locals and explained things clearly. They even helped me book a lot of activities directly. The overall service and user experience were excellent 👍 thank you so much!!! It was some really good memories.

We walked into this office on a Tuesday afternoon in late September and were greeted kindly by a woman behind the counter who spoke very good English. She was able to provide everything we asked for: maps of the town, bus and tram lines, and a map of Cap Ferrat. She even pointed out where to catch the bus to Cap Ferrat. The walls of the office are lined with many brochures about special events and attractions in the area. There are also good posters, cards and other souvenirs for sale. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Nice and the surrounding area.
