The Arenov team helped us for our project from end-to-end. They were recommended to us by our neighbor which was a good start. After a visit to our place, they helped us select 5 new windows and 1 front door. They were very attentive to our budget and made proposals to help get more for our money. For example, we wanted to cut noises in the parents room, they noticed it was also full North and recommended a glass that will cut the noise but also regulate the temperature of the room. We have enjoyed it so much. They also helped us match the color to the building requirements and get a door that would comply with insurance requirements. All specifications we didn't even thought off when asking for quotes. Their pricing was also very fair. It was in the middle range of 3 others but the quality of work is exceptional. Lastly, the crew was unbelievably careful and cleaned up everything after the job was done. We even suspect they did clean the windows completely. PS: We had a small issue with a glue mark between glass (not the installer fault but manufacturing). Arenov organized the replacement from end-to-end again. We didn't have to worry about anything. No hassle. The post-sales follow-up is as good as the start of the process.

All team members turned up for their appointments on time, they were all personable and professional. We had 6 French doors changed and 3 windows, this was done with extreme efficiency and all finished in three days. Awaiting an appointment for Carine, who was my first point of contact to come and inspect the work, to check that all the closures and locks are working, to give me the chance to ask any questions which I may not have thought of when they were fitted. I feel that the team are very supportive. Windows and doors are guaranteed for 20 years.
