Biggest concern coming from the US is, AC barely functions or effective. Location is great and breakfast is fantastic.

The rooms in itself were very spacious and up to date in terms of the decor. However, the service was not great; housekeeping refused to vacuum the room and provide enough towels (1 hand towel is not sufficient for 2 adults 😒). When they did "tidy" the room, then ended up tracking in more dirt and debris from outside as there were crisp particles and several clumps of long hair, both of which didn't belong to any of the occupants within the room. I arrived back at the hotel late one evening and I had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to open the door for the underground parking. I had to go into the hotel and down to the car park to let myself in because nobody was manning the desk or answering the phones.

When I first arrived I was quite impressed with the overall look but as usual with French hotels I was disappointed. Reception were very friendly and helpful. I got to the room which was big and it looked comfortable. Tea and coffee are on the table but no kettle. The shower is also very big but not very clean. It could really do with a good descale/clean. There is no information about breakfast times etc in the room. I decided to go to the gym in the hotel which essentially is a small room with a couple of treadmills and bikes/cross trainers all a little aged. Used towels were lying around. However, the worst was the little bugs in the towels which I saw when I brushed my teeth. I saw something moving from the corner of my eye and these little bugs are in the towels which is completely disgusting (see photos). I stayed for three nights and on the second day I was working in the room and the cleaner just barged in. On the last night before my departure my room wasn't made at all and more bugs on the towel, all in all really not very pleasant. Breakfast is very poor, dry bread and things do not get replenished quickly. I had scrambled egg on my first day and it was cold and tasted like it was raw. I have to stress once again that personnel were friendly but unfortunately that really cannot make up for the rest. I won't be coming back.

Great place to stay. Very good value! Very close to Euro Disney with a free shuttle bus too and from. Rooms were clean and stylish. Loved the feel of staying in a large house with ensuite bathrooms but with the service of a hotel. The hotel restaurant breakfast was good but a little overpriced. Dinner options also fine on the whole. Remember to take a socket converter, no usb ports in the villa rooms. Nearby town with shops 7-10 min walk. Would definitely stay there again

Nice and clean room. Dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and fridge on room - really nice place to stay.

A very good hotel. Pros: huge room, bathtub, free spa. Excellent location (Westfield next by ) Cons : the room is a bit old,( better than most of the hotel though) Breakfast is nice ！

To keep the review from getting too long here's the TLDR: Rooms are big but the design is ugly and there's 0 logic applied to design and functionality of the rooms. All doors are super heavy to move. Security is a joke, just walk up to the reception and ask for any room key and they'll happily give it to you. Breakfast is very meh. Other meals are too expensive for what you get. Staff are " aggressively nice", kind of like fake smile while wanting you to leave them alone. Room's AC control is a lie, you'll be cold or hot and you can't do a thing about it. Also love how nonsensical the 5-star reviews are, while all others are coherent 🤔
