Thanks to them, I learned the word "arnaque" (Grâce à eux, j'ai appris le mot "arnaque") Edit: seriously, SFR has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, even among telecom giants, and this brick-and-mortar surreptitiously signed me up for numerous exploitative contracts both for their services and those of third parties. I could not get out of these agreements over the phone, as when I ask them to speak slower they speed up. Still trying to escape this nightmare almost a year later. Run in the other direction - maybe to Free, I've had a good experience there so far.

defenitive do NOT trust them , the just telling you things but will never happen with in the time line they say too you ,,,, for us was first time use SFR and Last time ...............
