The client service (Patil) is verbally abusive and threatening toward patrons (including elderly females) and the rules for the gym are not posted anywhere on the website. I just requested the rules and I hope to receive them by e-mail. I joined this month and on top of the monthly fee paid $14 for one group cycling class which was low quality instruction (no microphone, difficult to hear the instructions, and low quality bikes). There is only one tiny water fountain for hundreds of people. The weightlifting and nautilus areas are severely crowded and some do not have floor mats available. I've never been so poorly treated by a staff at a gym as I was by Patil, he needs immediate training or to be replaced. I cannot recommend Le Dome. It would be a choice if there was nothing else available. I did not sign up for the pool, so I cannot comment on that feature. It seems family friendly, but I do not have a family. I would not advise families to drop off children unattended at this facility. Children should be supervised. Update: Thank you for your reply. I am still waiting for your response to clarification of the rules that I asked for several times: is it allowed or unallowed to listen to music in the salles de sport with headphones on? It is not addressed in the rules but your staff rudely accosted me with this unstated rule and accused me of speaking on the telephone when I never was speaking on any telephone. Your staff is untrained and rude! Your rules are being completely fabricated by staff! Your staff doesn't respond to customer requests for clarification! Your staff yells at elderly females during their first week of joining for unknown reasons! Is it allowed to listen to music? Still waiting for a response. Overall nice , but they didn't earn me about swiming trousers and hat in order to use the pool. But sauna is perfect!

Excellent infrastructure and pool. But Super crowded.
