CONCEPT VERRES ET FENETRES

We have been very unhappy with Unclear Communication and Upselling Tactics. There were steering us toward what they wanted us to book, and once we declined, they stalled until they could offer a more expensive option. One of those was for our son to stay alone—defeating the entire purpose of sending him to a summer camp. I called to inquire about the camp in the Cannes location, but Rizlane advised that Juan-Les-Pins would be a better fit since most campers in Cannes are 16–17 years old, while our son is 14. We agreed. She mentioned there were three buildings and offered a VIP package for a specific building we weren’t interested in. We kindly asked if it was possible to secure a spot in a different building instead. She then said only one spot was left, and it would be shared with 16–17-year-olds—the same age group she originally said to avoid. We then decided to asked about the VIP option (€250/week), but she came back saying the only options now were single occupancy or a host family, both for an extra €560/week. So basically she gave us “an option” just so we couldn’t say we weren’t offered one but it was clear what really happened. So here I’m writing the review of what truly happened. Not to mentioned we were told throughout the whole process that the rooms were shared between 2-4campers.

I really enjoyed my stay ! Perfect location in Antibes old town next to the beach. Helpful and receptive staff, I’ll come back !
