RUIMY ALAN

À fuire! C’est une entreprise dangereuse. I called them and was told the locksmith would arrive in 20-25 minutes. Please see the screenshots attached to this review. Initial call with them was at 7h58am. And the locksmith called me at 8h43am. It had been 45 minutes and no call,no follow up and no locksmith. They arrived 45 minutes after I called and promised otherwise. The person on the phone quoted an amount. When the locksmith (who seemed inebriated) arrived,he said it would cost me 110€ more than initially agreed upon over the phone. In addition, the locksmith started yelling and insulting me in a very vulgar way using extremely aggressive language and I was genuinely worried about my safety. Please don’t use this service. Your safety is at risk! I have a recording of the locksmith insulting me. Please let me know how I can post it. Please do not trust their AI-generated response.Things happened as I described them.

Rapide efficace
