Just an insanely crazy good store with electronics, phone cases, batteries, good music selection dwarfed by a huge book selection; dvds, video games, all on 3 or 4 floors (i got lost lol)

I bought a hair straightener from them on black Friday. One of their worker is very helpful. He helped me to choose the straightener and also in billings and talked with me in English when he saw that I'm struggling with French. Loved this shop.

I think this is one of the biggest branches of FNAC, I was there to make some enquiries about some phone, it's a 2 floor storey with variety of electronics and home appliances. It's in the city centre of saint Catherine street. There is an escalator to the upstairs but didn't see any accessibility option for wheelchair users. Overall it's great place for any electronics

I ordered online and I went to pickup my package in one of their stores located in Sainte-Catherine. Pickup was easy. There is a dedicated zone in the store, located at the first level. My order did reach one day after the date that was indicated when I ordered on the site. The staff there was helpful and I collected my package rapidly cause it wasn't busy that day.

Looking for a plain usbA to usb C cable. 14 euros seemed expensive. The store is kind of a cross between best buy and walmart. Interesting to look thru all three floors. Coffee shop on 3rd floor.

I love FNAC, especially the section of LPs, books and comics ❤️

I go there quite often to look for books for my daughter. The people that work in the book area are nice, they point me to what I was looking for perfectly fine a couple of times. I also do click and collect for the same reason, pick up is very fast, just scan the code and you get your package. Sometimes it's crowded, specially technology area. Also bought my phone there and I had to wait for a while.
