Stayed here for a few nights in November, unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. Not sure if I’d return, to be honest. Positive points: - Pleasant aesthetic of the hotel. - Very good sound isolation - you can’t hear the busy street or the noises in the hotel corridor. - The person cleaning the breakfast tables on the 14th of November 2025 was extremely kind and friendly. Please give her a raise! - The mattress was very comfortable, we had a great sleep. - Great location with connections to the city centre. We stayed for a concert at LDLC Arena, it was very easy to reach from the hotel. Points for improvement: - While the room design was pretty, it was completely not functional. Whoever designed the rooms must not stay in hotels that often… The storage and hanging space was minimal, we couldn’t properly arrange our clothes. - There is no bathroom door, a curtain is hanging instead. When one person is sleeping and another one is using the bathroom, the bathroom light goes in the room and easily wakes up the sleeping one. Also, this is not the best solution if you want some privacy in the bathroom. - It was quite hot in the room and we couldn’t make the air conditioner work. It got especially hot in the night since we slept with windows closed. We asked the front desk staff and they couldn’t help or try to find a solution at all. - The staff was not particularly friendly and seemed a bit lost. Maybe this is because the hotel is new and they were still learning. For example, we were trying to buy a soft drink at the bar, the staff member couldn’t find a glass, and it took ages to get the order because apparently another procedure had to be followed to get a can of coke without the glass? A bit weird and time consuming for everyone. - We had breakfast one morning, vegetables or at least some salad were definitely missing. I stayed here for two nights and loved it! As woman staying solo I felt totally safe in terms of the location and it's super easy to get to Part-Dieu and the old town from here. The room is really cosy and comfy, and the staff are wonderful - every person I spoke to was super friendly and welcoming and I felt very well looked after. Would 100% recommend and go back here myself! The ONLY feedback I would give is that the breakfast isn't very vegan-friendly. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't like eggs and there weren't a lot of savoury options I could have besides bread and cheese. I love bread and cheese so I was happy but if you're vegan I imagine it would be difficult. However obviously always best to check directly with the hotel re any dietary requirements.

The room and hotel service was good, but during night someone broke into our car just in front of the hotel. It is better to park it in the garage! At least the hotel helped us calling the police and gave us tape to fix the window.

Very good hotel with everything you need: good bed, calm, silent and very good service. All recently renovated. Well located with 10 min metro feom the center. T5 to the Eurexpo

Nice Room, well decorated but no kettle, no coffee, no tea) which is the basic!!! Very clean and modern. Staffs are polite, Emanuel was working night and was very helpful with the car park!!!

Honestly, better than most 5-star hotels! I was in town for an expo, and the location was perfect, very convenient for getting there. I had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was excellent. The backyard area was really cool. The design of the hotel itself is very tasteful. And most importantly, the staff were incredible, they should teach hospitality lessons to other hotels. I would highly recommend staying here!

New hotel, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and high-quality. The staff is extremely kind, and it’s also well-located, right next to the metro, making it perfect for a relaxing stay in Lyon. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay for a few days, modern hotel, amicable staff. It was also possible for a fee to park my car in the hotel garage :)
