We waited around 45 minutes outside in the cold with my boyfriend. During the wait, we were simply talking and exchanged a small, respectful kiss. When it was finally our turn to enter, the staff member with big glasses refused us entry without any explanation. Being turned away after such a long wait, especially without a reason, was very disappointing. For a place that claims to be inclusive, this experience felt anything but welcoming.

The woman at the entrance does not know how to do her job. She accused us of drinking without having any proof. Meanwhile, the large group before us was allowed in because she claimed they were “her friends.” There is no professional staff who knows how to properly manage their role, and honestly, I don’t understand why they are working there. This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It reflects a lack of fairness, competence and basic respect for customers.

Selective door policy, but once you get in the club has super cool vibe. They have really cool space - two dance rooms and a huge terrace to chill. The small room is my favourite and the vibe is perfect. The main room (i guess it’s called gallery) is cool space, saw awesome DJs playing there.

These people are..well let’s just say not nice to a certain type of people. and rejected me and my friends from entering the bar because we’re American. This isn’t Berlin. just some back alley bar that will most likely reject you after an hour or two of waiting in line. Don’t waste your time. EDIT: Just saw a picture of the club/bar online…You’re not missing much

Rejected without reason. The same woman with glasses, just as other reviewers have stated, and of course without proper explanation. We arraived at 11 PM, and the was not even a waiting line, totally dumb arrogance. Bye then!

Rejected for no reason, she said she can’t even give a reason why but she rejected me and my friend. Horrible experience and very unfriendly woman at the door.

At night, the coffee house turns into a nightclub! And we got in the line to enter at 1:30 AM on a Saturday(sunday early morning) and had to wait a good hour in the queue even with many people leaving. It was a bit difficult with the cold and we were tempted to leave honestly. Only 2-3 people were allowed at a time. But once we were inside, the wait was totally worth it! The bags and jackets can be kept in the lockers for 2 euros (you need a 2eur coin for that or ask the cashier). They have a strict no photos or videos policy to ensure safety and inclusivity. No tolerance policy for discrimination. The entrance fee is reduced if you have a student card (between 10 to 15€). Once inside, there is the dance floor on the first floor, which was packed but not so packed that you cant dance. It was buzzing with techno/edm music. The lack of photos/videos and the ambience are perfect to let loose and enjoy. There was a bar on the dance floor but also another on the ground floor, where you can take a breather away from the loud music and actually have conversations. There is also a rooftop with seating. It’s open till 6AM. Worth experiencing in Strasbourg at least once.

Hi! I just wanted to say that I’ve enjoyed every single event you’ve hosted. Never had an issue or ever thought I’d have one. I thought that the organizing team was all inclusive and welcoming. But for tonight party my group and I were denied entry. I am extremely disappointed that we were given no explanation or reason why. If the owner reads this; I know you don’t need our business, that you’re making just enough money to keep going. It is just shameful that we were turned away for no reason, I said it was xenophobia and the bouncer person took personal offense for it. Let me be clear— if you stand by the establishment’s actions without thinking you are a outil de l’oppression but I also understand is your job, sadly. I am very disappointed for the owner’s or manager behavior and actions. I have been going there with my friends for days both in the afternoon to have coffee and dance. I hope the alternative and queer scene can stand by the values it promotes.
