At Home Nice exceeded expectations. Max was the quintessential professional. He spent time explaining options and sharing his ideas based on our needs. Communication with the team was very effective using phone, messaging, and email. We always were kept up to date as to our order, installation, and after care. Once the day was set for installation the technical team, Pascal and Jordan arrived near on time. They were very courteous and patient with us hovering about. We had 9 windows and 1 door screened. It took 2 days which was reasonable, for sure. Max followed up with us and will return this week to review the job. We would recommend this family owned business based on service, product, and commitment. Thank you very much. And as Max wrote us, “have an excellent life without insects.”

Projet de remplacement de volets en bois vieillissants, très fastidieux à entretenir par des volets Alu dotés d'une bonne isolation. La pose s'est impeccablement déroulé. Nous avons opté pour l'ajout de cadres supplémentaires autour des fenêtres en arrondi dans les chambres pour masquer le soleil du matin avec une belle esthétique, permettant aussi de cacher les légers défauts dans la maçonnerie). Vincent, le responsable, a été tout à fait à notre écoute, nous prodiguant des conseils pertinents pour un meilleur confort d'utilisation avec un système de fermeture efficace et facile à utiliser. Nous recommandons vivement cette société.
