Worst hospital I have been to. I am surprised this place even has 3 stars. Customer service was horrible and there was a guy on the floor rolling around in so much pain that no one even acknowledge. My wife speaks French and she said the nurse told the other nurse that she was not gonna see him because he was being supposedly being rude. After ringing the bell multiple times after 25 minutes, the nurse came out to tell us that she cannot see our 15-year-old son because the doctor did not treat minors.

In one word, THIEVES. They sent me an invoice to pay the hospital fees. The next morning, after I paid, I saw that my insurance also paid the same amount. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months now to get my money back, but there's absolutely no way of getting anyone on the phone. 1 star is too much for them. They should be sued for overcharging their patients. Paying the invoice twice is a felony anywhere in the world. This is unacceptable.
We are from Australia and my partner needed medical intervention for an infection. In a foreign country where we don’t speak the language this hospital was excellent. ED department was swift and appropriate and the intervention was to the standard of Australian hospitals. Highly recommend if you are a traveller/expat and need medical assistance. Private hospital but cost was affordable and highly worth it.
They can give better service than public hospital.

My wife and I are from Los Angeles and she needed a procedure that couldn't be done in the US. So we ended up at this hospital not speaking a word of French. We were here for 4 days and the nurses and staff were wonderful. This was the best care we've ever experienced in our lives. Everyone treated us so great which made my wife's surgery that much easier. The language barrier was a challenge but they were so patient with us not speaking their language, and we were able to work thru it. They literally treated like family. We're so thankful especially not knowing what we were getting ourselves into but it all worked out so well. Would definitely reccomend this place.
Pease remove Ama the "Non Human operator", it's a disaster. Providing no options, doesn't understand French, keep repeating the same. Please add at least, an option for general information.
