This poor poor woman must be having a hard terrible miserable life. Otherwise I can’t imagine why she yells at people for no reason. She just wants to share her misery with people picking up parcels.

Dropped a DHL package. The stuff, a delightful lady, did more than expected to help me. Thank you. While I was there she helped a number of other customers with unusual situations.

Avoid this place if you don’t want unnecessary stress. Based on other reviews, it seems the woman working there is consistently rude and in a bad mood. This is unacceptable, and Mondial Relay/Amazon should not list this location as a drop-off point.
