The most important thing here was the cleanness of the room/house. I had a booking for a one bedroom house. Tye bed was comfortable, the room is very big and clean. I wanted to have breakfast but they said it’s only available upon reservation ( the guy in restaurant was somehow aggressive). Reception staff were nice. Paid 19€ for city tax for just 2 nights!!! The area is nice, not close to metro unfortunately. But there are 2/3 buses than can take you to metro station. But the area itself is very nice. You have a super market in front of the hotel (though it’s very expensive!) and many restaurants and bars. There are elderly people who lives there (like permanently) and sometimes the smell of the food in the corridors was not pleasant. The air conditioning was fantastic 👍

The property feels like a real residence, with people actually living there, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a river. It is both picturesque and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised by the park, with proper loungers and rose bushes that filled the air with a divine scent. The staff was also very welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that we were three people staying in a family room, but there was only one garden chair on the balcony. Additionally, my daughter left behind some beauty products, and despite multiple calls, I could not get a clear answer about whether the lost property was found, as agency staff had been working that day.

DON’T STAY HERE, please read: Found this place on Hotels. And supposedly they have good ratings but is not true!! It is not a hotel nor airbnb, don’t have all the amenities, even getting toilet paper seems like a big ask. They said they were gonna clean our room only once which NEVER HAPPENED!! But also, they don’t give any cleaning supplies not even a simple sponge. You could find a much nicer place for less. Their profile showed a gym and a pool, the gym is a scary place to be; a dark room where nothing works and needless to say the pool doesn’t work at all. When telling them our discomfort they offered us a $3 euro coffee? Anyway, not coming ever again.

Our stay in this hybrid aged care facility/apartment hotel while we explored Paris was lovely - very quiet area, felt very safe. There is a grocery store directly opposite the building which was very conveniently located. There is a laundromat within walking distance, as well as a boulangerie. There is a train station a 10 minute walk away, but we preferred to take the bus (the stop is only a 3 minute walk from the building) to La Defense for the metro and a shopping centre. The apartment we stayed in was quite warm due to centralised air conditioning despite it being cold outside for the duration of our stay, and we kept having to open all the windows - when we enquired with reception, we were informed that it was not possible to change the temperature. We also did not have a hairdryer in our apartment - reception informed us that they were "looking for it", but they never seemed to locate it during our stay... The kitchenette was especially appreciated as we cooked the majority of our meals here during our stay in Paris.

Where to begin... As soon as we arrived, we were hit by a terrible smell. The carpets clearly haven’t been vacuumed in years, and the walls, doors, and handles were dirty. The room looks fine at first glance, but the sofa bed was old, squeaky, uncomfortable, and covered in stains. The pillows had yellow sweat marks, and the bedsheets were also stained. We even found someone’s underwear on the balcony and behind the dresser. The bathroom was falling apart, and the shower curtain was completely moldy at the bottom. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and both the fridge and dishwasher smelled awful. Make sure to bring your own towels and toilet paper — for four people we only got one roll, and when we asked for more, we were told to buy it ourselves. The price is low, but don’t expect anything for it. The only real advantage is the good connection to the city center.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Medicis. The room was bright and clean and we had three sets of glass French doors that opened onto terraces that overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet. There was a wonderful supermarket across the street. On Saturday morning, there was a farmers market next door. Charlotte, Inez and Michel were extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly. I would suggest a brighter light in the bathroom over the sink and another mirror in the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.

The space is pleasant and comfortable. If we arrive at 10 pm we already have to wait for someone to open the building door. This employee is friendly but only communicates in French. There are no mugs in the kitchenware, the glasses that exist are shot glasses, there is no salt or oil and we found dirty dishes.

A Truly Exceptional Stay My recent experience at Villa Medicis/PUTEAUX, was outstanding. The staff’s (special thanks to Mr. Michel), warmth and attentiveness made me and my wife, feel genuinely valued; promptly addressing all my needs. Although primarily a residence for the elderly, the hotel graciously welcomes guests of all ages, offering a serene and homely atmosphere. The room was exceptionally comfortable, providing a serene and restful environment. I highly recommend Villa Medicis/PUTEAUX, to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with impeccable service.
